Somatic Therapy | 1 Hour €80 or 1.5 Hours €120:

Fully clothed treatment with hands on nervous system support, gentle cranial and body movements & stretching to support the body to release held patterns of tension and both mental and physical distress/disharmony. Supported with essential oils & sound bath.

Pregnancy Massage 1 Hour €80:

Available for all stages of pregnancy from 12 weeks onwards. A beautiful relaxing treatment with intuitive techniques tailored to your unique needs supporting your mind, body and soul during this sacred time. Includes gentle sound bath.
