Waiver Policy:

The waiver must be accepted prior to booking:I understand and acknowledge that my use of The Barrel Sauna involves risks including, but not limited to the risk of property damage, bodily injury and possibly death.

These risks may result from a variety of circumstances including, but not limited to:

Use or misuse of the Saunas, Wet Areas, Plunge Tubs, Showers, Changing and Common Areas.Actions of myself and/or others, including without limitation actions of The Barrel Sauna or any Barrel Sauna Related Party. Lack of supervision by trained personnel or otherwise; and/or Unavailability of emergency care.

I am electing to use The Barrel Sauna of my own free will and confirm that my decision to use the Sauna and to execute this Waiver is entirely voluntary, I assume full responsibility for all risks that may arise out of or result from, directly or indirectly, my use of the Sauna, including, but not limited to the risks described in Section 1 above. Excepted from this section are any injuries caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of The Barrel Sauna or any Barrel Sauna Related Party.

I agree to pay for any and all damages to any property belonging to The Barrel Sauna or any Barrel Sauna Related Party caused by me negligently, wilfully or otherwise. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical, health or personal injury costs relating to my use of The Barrel Sauna. I understand that I am strongly encouraged to have a medical physical examination prior to

the use of the Sauna and Plunge Tubs.

I, my spouse (if any), heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge hold harmless covenant not to sue The Barrel Sauna nor any of the Barrel Sauna related parties for any and all claims, liabilities, judgements, costs and expenses related to such claims, for any property damage, property loss or theft, personal injury or illness, death or other loss arising from or relating to my use of the Sauna, I also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Barrel Sauna and Barrel Sauna related Parties from and against any claims, including, without limitation, claims made by other sauna users, employees, rescuers or any other person, arising from or related to my own acts or omissions in connection with my use of the Saunas, Wet Areas Plunge Tubs, Showers, Changing and Common Areas.

I hereby further waive any protections afforded by law in respect of any claims arising from my use of The Barrel Sauna, including unknown future claims.

I confirm that I have read and fully understand The Barrel Sauna Rules and Regulations, and this Waiver and understand that it relates to the surrendering and releasing of my legal rights. Upon such you agree to this Waiver freely and voluntarily, with the full intent of releasing The Barrel Sauna and Barrel Sauna Related Parties from liability for injury or loss due to the inherent risks of my use of the Saunas, Wet Areas Plunge Tubs, Showers, Changing and Common Areas.

Age Limit Policy:
Under 18’s must be accompanied by a guardian at all times, they must sign a waiver before entry and the waiver must be counter signed by their accompanying guardian. Right Of Admission Reserved.

Walk In Policy:
For the purpose of health & safety on site bookings must submit the following details before entry:

Time.
Name.
Email.
Phone.

Booking Cancellation Policy:
Bookings can be canceled up to 6 hours in advance. If a booking is canceled 6 hours prior to the start time you will be automatically issued a refund. Cancellations inside of this time will not be refunded.

Safe Use Policy:
You must consult a doctor before you sauna or plunge if you:

Are pregnant.
Are epileptic or diabetic.
Are prone to dizziness or fainting.
Have high or low blood pressure.
Have a heart or circulatory disorder.

You must not use the plunge tubs if you have an open cut or wound.

Before using the plunge tubs you must rinse yourself thoroughly in the showers.

When using the plunge tubs you must not submerge your head in or ingest the water.

CCTV Policy:
CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) (including with the use of audio recording) is operated on (delete as applicable: some / the) Company premises for several reasons, including the prevention of crime and the safety of employees and customers.  

We reserve the right to use any evidence obtained in this manner in any disciplinary issue. 

We will ensure all personal data obtained in this way is processed in line with the current Data Protection Act. You may refer to our employee privacy notice for more information on the data we hold, the reasons we hold it and the lawful basis which applies.

Complaints Policy:
Should you wish to submit a complaint, we request that you share the below information with a member of staff on site at the time of your visit. This will then be logged with Management:

Name.
Email.
Phone.
Nature Of Complaint.
Description Of Complaint.
