We’re making this one free to try! Enjoy sauna as a family at our March Family Friendly Session. A 2 hour session guided by The Barrel Sauna founders and sauna lovers Laura Gunning and Rob O'Brien.
During this time, kids are allowed to be a little loud (where the sauna is typically a quieter adults-only environment) and explore the hot and the cold in a safe and unhurried environment. With lower temperatures and all 4 of our saunas open for people to go in and out however they please.
We provide drinks, toys, colouring pages and other activities to keep the young ones entertained in our chill out zones. Where they are welcome to stay and play while their grown ups take some time for themselves.

Everyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A waiver will be shared with you upon entry, one must be signed for each family member under 18.
